Deadwood's Outlaw SquareWatercolor Class
Explore pansies, peonies, and irises in a relaxed, expressive watercolor class that focuses on capturing personality and elegance. Practice wet into wet for soft, flowing petals and dreamy blends, then use wet on dry to add crisp details and depth. Ideal for beginners as well as painters looking to loosen up, and welcoming to all experience levels. Along the way, learn to manage water, mix color intuitively, plan strong compositions, and develop confident brushwork that embraces imperfection and beauty. Expect to leave with fresh techniques, a finished floral painting or two, and the confidence to keep creating at home. Please bring watercolor paints, a drawing pencil, an eraser, and brushes. Recommended for ages 14 and up. Tickets are $35 and include instruction and general materials. A supply kit is available from Aspen Ridge on the day of the class for $40 if needed. Two session options are offered. Tickets become non-refundable 48 hours before the class.
