Music City Movement hosts a writers night and open mic in Hendersonville at Jolly Ollie’s Pizza & Pub. The evening begins with featured performances and then moves into an open mic for songwriters at any level. It offers a friendly, high-energy atmosphere to share original music, connect with fellow artists, and support local talent. Enjoy pizza and drinks from the venue while listening or performing.

The farm setting offers sunset views and room for kids to play while adults unwind. It is a casual, come-as-you-are hangout with no set schedule or pressure, just good food, great music, and time together in the orchard.

The Summer Concert Series brings live, family-friendly music to The Streets of Indian Lake, filling the Center Stage plaza with sound, shopping, and dining nearby. This installment features Revelry Country with a free performance for all ages. Presented by Album Indian Lake with support from The Academy Child Development Center and Preschool, Hendersonville Standard, WHIN Radio, and Renewal by Anderson. The afternoon opens with an intimate acoustic set from Aftyn, setting the tone for young performers ages 12 and under to step into the spotlight. One standout in this division will receive the Gale Gravens Rising Star Award along with a scholarship to Creative Hearts Collective. Later, August Lows turns up the volume with a Southern grunge pre-show before the ages 13 and up competition, where creativity, originality, and show-stopping moments take center stage. The lineup welcomes a broad mix of abilities, from singers and instrumentalists to dancers, actors, comedians, songwriters, magicians, jugglers, acrobats, impersonators, and other unexpected talents. Performers can register through the fair to share their skills, while spectators can expect big applause and community pride. One stage, endless talent, and memories that last long after the fair lights dim.
