Gallatin Comic Con 2026 brings a new pop culture convention to Middle Tennessee at the Gallatin Civic Center, just a short drive from Nashville. The guest lineup features television favorite John Schneider of The Dukes of Hazzard with the General Lee on display, a reunion of Sons of Anarchy cast members Mark Boone Junior, Kim Coates, and Tommy Flanagan, and Jennifer Cihi, the original English singing voice of Sailor Moon. Comic creators and artists including Greg Land, Lary Stucker, Jay Leisten, Billy Martinez, and Johnathon Schaech are also part of the program. Highlights include professional photo opportunities, celebrity autographs, selfies and meet and greets, cosplay, shopping for collectibles, an artist alley, and entertainment suitable for families. Fans of comics, anime, and television will find a wide range of experiences gathered under one roof in Gallatin.

The 14th Annual Home for the Holidays brings together what is described as Mt. Juliet’s largest holiday vendor event, offering artisan goods, handmade creations, and small batch baked treats so shoppers can cover much of their gift list in one stop. A growing roster of vendors is confirmed, including AMcKinley Photography, A Rose, Baking Me Delicious, Blue Lotus Botanics, Bows by Nici, Firelight Creations, Glass by Wendy, Hickory Bluff Farms, Ignite 3D Print Shop, Jammy Farms, Jenny Marie Hone Decor & Gifts, Kim's Jewels Blings & Things, KNG Designs, Larry's Wood Crafts, Las Fajitas Mexican Restaurant, Mary Kay, Poppy's BBQ, Renewal by Anderson, Tennessee Lavender Co., Tupperware, WilCo Creations, and more. A farm-to-table nonprofit dinner at Cedar Springs at Bone Hollow features live fire cooking by Rambler. This intimate evening brings together food, community, and a shared purpose, with all proceeds supporting the Crohn's & Colitis Foundation. Seating is limited.

Celebrate the season at a festive marketplace featuring 65 local makers, boutiques, and food trucks. Wander a courtyard trimmed for the holidays, enjoy dinner beneath glowing bistro lights, and shop to the sound of timeless Christmas tunes. Capture memories at thoughtfully designed photo spots and discover distinctive finds that range from vintage and repurposed pieces to trend-forward goods, boutique selections, apothecary items, gifts, coffee, and more. Now in its 13th year, parking is $10 cash per vehicle at the gate with no per-person admission. The first 100 guests each day receive a complimentary shopping bag from the team stationed in front of the center building. During special last-chance shopping windows, every vehicle that arrives receives a free pair of Christmas earrings at the parking tent when the parking fee is paid.

Candy Cane Village transforms the grounds of City Hall into a festive walk among sponsor-painted cottages. Each house is approximately 4 by 4 by 7 feet, arranged around the illuminated grounds for a cheerful stroll. No reservations are needed, and parking is available at or near City Hall. Whether it is a first visit or a return, visitors can explore uniquely decorated houses and enjoy the holiday atmosphere.

Set out on a red-eye weekend bus trip to New York City during the holiday season, where twinkling streets, festive markets, and show-stopping displays create a classic winter backdrop. Boarding takes place in Lebanon, Tennessee, followed by comfortable coach travel with 30-minute breaks about every two hours. A longer stop allows time to freshen up at a truck stop, with showers available at personal expense. The coach features reclining leather seats, two USB outlets at each seat, an onboard restroom, overhead storage, and ample luggage space below. Round-trip transportation is included and the driver tip is covered. Each traveler receives a complimentary snack bag and bottled water, with extra water available upon request. Celebrated for more than 35 years, this Goodlettsville tradition ushers in the holiday season with music, storytelling, and demonstrations set inside the fort’s cabins and a historic home. Guests can move at a relaxed pace, listen to nostalgic tunes, take in simple natural decorations, and enjoy refreshments. The gift shop offers distinctive items for seasonal shopping. Activities are hosted at the Goodlettsville Visitor’s Center, Historic Mansker’s Station, and the Bowen House. Parking is available at the Visitor’s Center with overflow inside Moss-Wright Park. Admission is free and no reservations are needed.
