WellMom Club is a monthly meetup created for moms at any stage, from pregnancy and postpartum to life with toddlers and big kids. It offers a relaxed place to catch your breath, connect, and spend time with other moms who understand the real rhythms of family life. There is no pressure and no expectations, just genuine conversation and community. Expect a warm, judgment-free atmosphere where meaningful chats unfold naturally. Children are welcome, and a play area is available so kids can enjoy themselves while moms connect. At times there are short, light discussions on wellness topics designed to build confidence in raising healthy kids. This is not a class or a lecture. Community comes first. Lego Club meets on the first Thursday of each month at Franklin County Library in Winchester. Participants build with provided Legos and connect with other homeschoolers in a creative, friendly setting. Free to attend.

Daytime Playtime offers open play for children ages 7 and under in a safe environment. Each child enjoys two hours of unstructured fun for $10.

Settle in on the Mansion grounds for a screening of Hocus Pocus in a historic setting. Guests are encouraged to bring a blanket or lawn chair and enjoy food trucks, yard games, and popcorn throughout the evening. Personal coolers are permitted. Admission is $10 per person with a $30 per vehicle maximum, or $5 for Friends members with a $20 per vehicle maximum. Each item reflects the skill and care of its creator, and the market serves as a friendly hub where neighbors connect, support independent vendors, and enjoy the charm of handcrafted goods.

Old Timers Day fills the square in Manchester, Tennessee with a community celebration featuring a parade, live music, a vendor event, a kid zone, a cake walk, and more. Entertainment includes performances by the Mid-State Cloggers and Duck River Dance. In addition to the main festivities, Manchester Old Timers Day Bingo Night will be held at Farm Bureau and is free to attend, welcoming all ages with prizes, food, and drinks and no RSVP required. The Old Timers Day Pageant at Grace Baptist Church invites participants to dress in old-fashioned attire inspired by Little House on the Prairie. Sign-up takes place on site, entry is free, and divisions range from babies and toddlers through teens, along with Mr. and Mrs. Old Timer. Pageant winners will appear in the parade. Vendor applications are available, and Brianna Hale is the sole contact for applications, payments, or parade participation.

Knoblin Fest brings a new, free, volunteer-powered, all-ages music and arts experience to Donelson next to Donelson Plaza. Centered on neighborhood folklore about the Knoblin, the event highlights kindness and creativity with live music, a marketplace, costume contests, children’s activities, an art exhibit, and more. The lineup features Fats Kaplin Gang, Kate Cosentino, Nosey Flynn, Solid Brass Jackie, Goldcoast, Stagolee, and VOLK, with Them Vibes headlining. Presented by Friends of Donelson, a community coalition of organizations, businesses, and neighbors collaborating to coordinate and promote unified local events and support.
