Celebrate Halloween with a family friendly nighttime paddle at Old Stone Fort State Park and the campground. Bring candy, decorations, and costumes that are suitable for all ages. Life jackets are required at all times, including when paddling in costume. Because the group will be on the water after dark, each kayak must display a steady white light such as a headlamp, flashlight, or a light mounted to the boat. Group tent camping is available for a $25 per family fee, with plans centered around campsites 26 and 27. Those who prefer an RV or their own individual site can make a personal reservation and will not be charged a club camping fee. There are no outfitters for this outing, and the club has only a few kayaks available to rent; contact Justin Seavers if a rental is needed.
