It focuses on practical tools that help adults support their children and handle the realities of co-parenting. Participants explore ways to guide kids through family transitions, understand children’s emotional responses, communicate more clearly, manage conflict, and build a workable co-parenting partnership. The goal is for each parent to leave with more than a certificate... a concrete sense of what effective co-parenting looks like in everyday life. A certificate that meets court requirements is issued, and insurance may be billed for those who are eligible. DePriest Center delivers services through an integrated, co-occurring treatment approach that bridges Christ-centered care with evidence-based practices to close common gaps between the two.
