Explore Historic Uptown Shelbyville on a walking tour featuring true stories of ghost sightings and unusual happenings. The full tour experience includes one set of stairs. Visitors can pour themselves a complimentary drink at the Speak Easy inside Torso before the tour. Reservations are helpful but not required.

The 4th Annual Bark in the Park at South Jackson Performing Arts Center supports Tullahoma Animal Shelter alongside local small vendors and businesses. The day features activities for adults, children, and their four legged companions, with children’s games offering prizes throughout. Younger attendees can decorate or carve pumpkins while supplies last, with tools provided and parent supervision required. A cornhole tournament includes on-site registration followed by match play. Children may register for a costume contest, and trunk or treat at vendor booths adds a festive stop. Canine competitions include Well Loved Mixed Breed and Purebred classes, along with the Mr. and Mrs. Canine Tullahoma titles, with signups accepted until the posted cutoffs and each class taking place after its registration window.

Trick-or-treating takes place around the square, and South Main Street will be closed to allow people from off the square to hand out candy.
