Explore how tantra bridges sensuality and spirituality, offering a time-honored path toward heightened awareness and inner freedom. This session looks at cultivating harmony within apparent opposites... masculine and feminine energies, the Ida and Pingala currents, light and shadow, fire and water, and the strong and the gentle... with practices intended to dissolve inner divisions and expand consciousness. Presented as a natural way of living, tantra encourages authentic communication with others and oneself, healthy emotional expression, deeper connection with inner spirit and personal psychology, an appreciative approach to sexuality, heightened intuition, healing within trauma and relationships, and success in practical life. The program touches on sacred art, devotional sound, mindful movement and gesture, and advanced breathwork, among other methods. It also addresses the common misconception that tantra is only about sexuality by honoring intimacy as an offering to the divine, a meditative communion, and a doorway to experience the self through another. Guidance progresses step by step so core concepts can be integrated into daily life, nurturing genuine connection, skillful love, and a more conscious, healthy, and integrated lifestyle. Instruction follows the ancient tradition and preserves essential teachings. At times, other workshops may replace this meditation session and may carry different pricing. Class fee is $20. Monthly memberships are available.
