Extra-turn effects should be included in low quantities and are not meant to be chained or looped, and tutors should be used sparingly. The banned and restricted list is in effect. Standings are determined by a point system, with 4 points for first place, 3 for second, 2 for third, and 1 for fourth. If players tie, the remaining points for those places are split among them. In overtime, each player takes one final turn, and any players still in the game at the end are recorded as a tie. Seating and ranking among players with the same point total are based on how quickly they finish their game at their table.
