Golden Portal: Lion's Gate Nidra & Sound Bath

6357 S Redwood Rd, Salt Lake City · verified Aug 2
    See details

During Leo season, the Lion’s Gate is honored as a powerful energetic gateway linked with courage, radiance, abundance, spiritual insight, and heart-centered transformation. It invites a pause for inward listening and a remembrance of the light carried within. This restorative gathering weaves grounding and intention setting with a guided Yoga Nidra and a soothing sound bath. It begins with a slow, spacious arrival to settle the nervous system and reconnect with the body, creating room for gentle intentions. Dawn then leads a 30 minute Yoga Nidra, a meditative practice typically done reclined and fully supported, encouraging deep rest as the mind lingers between waking and dreaming where insight and inner wisdom may naturally arise. Following this, Eben and Dawn offer a 45 minute sound bath that supports even deeper rest, integration, and spaciousness, with nothing to do but receive breath, body, sound, and stillness. Expect a calm opening, a fully supported reclined practice with mats, blankets, bolsters, and props, and a gentle environment for reflection, renewal, and energetic alignment. No prior experience with Yoga Nidra, meditation, or sound baths is needed, and the space welcomes anyone seeking a sacred pause, clarity, transition support, or deep rest in connection with the symbolism of the Lion’s Gate. The cost is $24.
