At St. Peter's Episcopal Church in Oak Grove, the Washington Parish Museum presents displays and artifacts that trace more than 175 years of Episcopal Church history. The exhibits spotlight the Northern Neck churches that are part of Washington Parish, from the colonial era through today.

Cork for Cuties at Action Lounge and Billiards raises funds for the Clements Cuties Foundation. Participants can sign up to compete in Open Singles 501, Womens Singles Cricket, Open Singles Cricket, and Womens Singles 501, followed by a LOD segment featuring 501, Cricket, and CC. George Washington Birthplace National Monument hosts an evening program celebrating the wonders of the night sky. This free event begins with an interpretive talk about how stars have influenced the American story, from their place on the U.S. flag to milestones in space exploration. After the talk, park rangers guide stargazing activities that include identifying constellations, locating the Andromeda Galaxy, and viewing Saturn through a telescope. Visitors also learn practical ways to help protect natural dark sky environments in their communities. Regular park operations continue during normal hours on the day of the program. If weather interferes with stargazing, the event will be postponed to the following day.
