CasaShanti owner, psychic medium, and teacher Zachari leads a hands-on, free monthly class that explores Tarot as a mystical book of prophecy and a pathway to the Akashic records. The session covers the cards from many angles, including symbolism, energy, numbers, colors, history, and the essential nature of your deck. With more than 25 years of professional reading experience, Zachari shares personal techniques, insights, and a unique perspective on the psychology within the story of life reflected in Tarot. Whether you are getting started or looking to deepen an existing practice, this workshop aims to expand how you see, understand, and feel your cards. Bring a deck if you have one, along with a notebook and an open mind. Tarot decks are available for purchase at CasaShanti, and all tarot and oracle decks are 10 percent off during class.

A family-friendly show and shine brings Jeep enthusiasts together while kids choose their favorite vehicles, with trophies awarded to the top three. There is no entry fee for Jeep participants, who are asked to bring plenty of candy to share with children, and the club will have extra on hand if needed. Last year drew about 2,500 visitors to see the Jeeps and collect treats. Families can enjoy free popcorn, cookies, ducks, candy, and toys for the kids, along with a coffee and hot chocolate truck offering beverages for purchase. Entertainment in the line includes Joy the Clown and a magician. There is time set aside beforehand to decorate Jeeps, and late arrivals may not receive a number for the show and shine. Activities begin once vehicles are lined up.
