The NCW Libraries Bookmobile brings library services to the Foothills Community Center. Visitors can check out books, sign up for a library card, enroll in e-services, and receive tech support from friendly staff. The bookmobile is ADA accessible and equipped with a wheelchair lift. Kick back on the lawn for a summer live music night at Icicle Ridge Winery. The Friday Music on the Lawn series features a mix of smooth jazz, folk, and rock, with no cover charge. Set against majestic mountain lake scenery, this concert series fills the South Park Amphitheater at Lake Wenatchee State Park with music and dance. This installment features Eclectic Cloggers, sharing traditional Appalachian clog dancing accompanied by live old-time music. The performance is family friendly and includes moments when the group invites the crowd to sing and move along. Admission is free, and a Discover Pass is needed for parking. Support comes from the National Endowment for the Arts, the Washington State Parks Specialty License Plate Fund, the Washington State Parks Foundation and Northwest Public Broadcasting.
