Crafternoon for Kids
Crafternoon for Kids offers a summertime series of hands-on crafting, with a different project each week and all materials included. The environment is welcoming and safe, encouraging imagination and creative exploration. Activities are designed for school-age children, and younger ones are welcome as well, though they may need a little help from their grown-ups. Capacity is limited, so arriving early is encouraged.
Volunteer to make Care Sack lunches and Care Snack bags
Volunteers gather at Immanuel Lutheran Church near McCosh Park to assemble Care Sack lunches and Care Snack bags, along with other helpful tasks. Everyone is welcome to participate, and the commitment is short, typically under an hour. Enter through the fellowship or kitchen doors to the right of the main entrance, and look for the Care van behind the building. If attending is not possible, organizing a food drive to collect needed supplies is another way to support the effort.
Immanuel Lutheran ChurchPokemon Play! Session
