Family events in Pullman, WA

Enjoy a free outdoor movie as part of Screen on the Green at the Theophilus Tower Lawn, presented by the University of Idaho Department of Student Involvement. This screening is slated to feature Project Hail Mary (PG-13, 2026), with the lineup subject to change. Bring blankets, lawn chairs, and good company for a comfortable night on the grass. Concessions will be available from Idaho Eats. If weather becomes an issue, an alternate location will be selected the day of the screening.

The gathering is held on the grassy area situated between Holland-Terrell Library and Bryan Hall.

KPAC and the Moscow Rotary Club present a screening of family-friendly animated short films at the Kenworthy Performing Arts Centre. Admission is free, and guests may arrive at any point during the program. Concessions will be available for purchase. The lineup is rated G and is part of a summer series sponsored by the Moscow Rotary Club.

Pullman Market on Main transitions to an outdoor setting in downtown Pullman, running alongside the Downtown Pullman Art Walk for a day of market browsing, art, music, food, local shops, coffee, and purposeful wandering. Live music comes from Whiskey & Wine Band, and the vendor lineup features Purpose Roasters, Dedman’s Depot, Debils Wax Creations, Hazel Knits, @local.rebel.co, Gnarly Textiles, Silver Raven Star, @beadybracelets, Stitch Pals, Custom Creations by MV, Twisted Moon Creations, @heartfeltdelights, Inspirations By Skeen, @birdyandjune, @shopdivision1, Moonlightmirror_Officialshop, Pat’s, and Whelan-Ewartsville Grange, with more to be announced. Support comes from the Addium-METER Foundation and METER Group along with Downtown Pullman, and Inland North Waste sponsors Kids Market Bucks for children.

The Power of Produce Club is back at the Moscow Farmers Market, offering children ages 5 to 12 a hands-on way to connect with local food. Through conversations with farmers, fun activities, and tasting new fruits and vegetables, participants learn while they explore the market. Each child receives vouchers that can be used to choose and purchase their own produce. Registration is free and available on any POP! Club date. Further information will be provided. The Moscow Farmers Market highlights local farmers, artisans, and musicians, featuring farm-grown foods, distinctive handmade goods, artisan creations, and original-recipe cuisine. The market supports sustainable economic, social, and environmental practices. This is a nicotine-free event. This weekly Story Time at BookPeople of Moscow features read-alouds with Jenny Kostroff and includes dedicated time for babies and toddlers as well as for children in kindergarten and older. The focus is on sharing stories together in a warm, community-centered setting.
