This weekend in Spokane, WA

Celebrating its second year in the 509, this community gathering is presented by The Street Machines Corp to raise vital funding for animals in need throughout the Spokane Inland Empire area. Attendees can look forward to food, animal, and automotive vendors, live music, a live National Anthem, a 50/50 cash raffle, a silent auction, and a pet supply sale with everything on the table priced at $5. Free entry raffle prize giveaways are planned as well. Early registrants can receive collectible goodie bags and commemorative dash plaques for the first 100 registered. The event also features the 2nd Annual Hot Wheels 100 race with digitally timed runs and a trophy for the winner. Car show winners can visit a custom photography booth for portraits with their vehicles, and Referee Photo will provide custom photography for individuals, families, and pets. Street Machines Corp merchandise will be available for purchase, including banners, hats, shirts, koozies, and more. Additional details will be announced as the event approaches.

This two day event at the ranch brings together more than 70 regional vendors, a variety of classes, a Spin-In, Vendor Bingo, and other activities. Admission and parking are free on both days.

Take part in a Yu-Gi-Oh tournament played in the Edison format. The entry fee is $6.99.

Northtown Comic Book Shop hosts a One Piece event run in the Extra Regulation format. Admission is $6.99. All registrants receive a booster pack at regular price along with a promotional entry pack. Fans can share in the search for The One Piece and connect with one another.

The Light the Way Gala at the Davenport Grand offers an evening devoted to celebrating and supporting children and their families in the Inland NW who are navigating a childhood cancer diagnosis. Tickets are $125 per person, or $1,000 for a table that seats eight or ten. It centers on support for a journey no child should have to face.

Into the Drift makes a return appearance at the 9th St. Bistro located inside Huckleberry's Natural Market. Laurel and Dave set an easy groove while guests enjoy food from the bistro in a relaxed setting.

Northtown Comic Book Shop hosts a Digimon Card Game event celebrating the Digital World of Digimon. Entry is $5.99, and players receive a pack along with an event promo pack upon signing up. Each participant also adds a pack to the prize pool.

Bapeface takes the stage at SpoMoto CitySports in Spokane for an all-ages show. The bill includes somberisdead, 2.flights, brae.binladen, and akuma2x, with additional special guests planned. Tickets are $10 in advance and $20 at the door.

Northtown Comic Book Shop hosts Learn To Play sessions for three card games. New players can try the Pokemon Trading Card Game and the One Piece Card Game for $9.99 each, and each of those sessions includes a deck to keep. The Gundam Card Game session is free. Instruction is provided by knowledgeable staff, and participants can focus on a single game or explore more than one.

A casual Commander session at Sage's Portal features gameplay along with quests that award points and prizes. Entry costs $10 per person, and each player receives a pack upon arrival. Raffles for additional prizes take place at every event.

Karaoke takes center stage at Woodshed Bar & Grill, accompanied by food and drink specials. Between songs, guests can enjoy the pool tables and darts or cheer on the performers.

Killswitch Engage leads a multi-artist concert at Gesa Pavilion with Machine Head, Rivers of Nihil, and Judiciary on the bill. Attendees of all ages are welcome, and alcohol is available only to guests 21 and over.
