Participants mirror the instructor to release tension, enhance breathing, and build flexibility while benefiting from fresh-air movement. The gathering is weather dependent. It is open to ages 12 and older, and no registration is required, with walk-ins welcome.

Guitars-N-Veterans returns to its home at The Sunset Hill Farm, hosted by the farm and supported by The Lake Mills American Legion Post 67. This free community gathering brings together local musicians, food providers, and sponsors to honor those who have served. It is designed for veterans and their families to relax, take in the sunset, enjoy live music and a complimentary meal, and share camaraderie with fellow veterans, their families, and supporters. The event is held on the deck at The Sunset Hill Farm, with music and activities moving inside the barn if it rains. This edition features live music from Kill n' Time, food from Mike's Brunch N Lunch, and support from M.J. Landscapes, Inc. All music, beverages, and snacks are donated by local businesses and individuals. Every donation, proceed, or sponsorship goes directly to a fund account managed by The Lake Mills American Legion Post 67 and is used only for these events. Contributions of any amount are welcome, with sponsorships of 1,500.00 or more available.

The Downtown Beaver Dam Farmers Market is organized exclusively by the Beaver Dam Chamber & Visitor Center. Photography and video may be captured by the Chamber and event partners for promotional, marketing, social media, tourism, and informational use. Bank First presents a free community paper shredding event in Watertown, offering a secure way to dispose of personal documents while supporting local food pantries. Although there is no charge, participants are asked to bring a nonperishable food donation for each bag of documents they bring to shred, with all donations going to area pantries. Confidential Records, an AAA certified shredding company, will provide mobile shredding units staffed by licensed and bonded document destruction specialists who ensure all shredded materials are handled securely. The event will take place rain or shine, and attendees are welcome to watch the shredding process. To keep space available for residents, businesses are asked not to participate. Acceptable materials include old tax returns, bank and credit card statements, medical records, and other personal papers. Items that cannot be accepted include black butterfly clips, hanging file folders, three ring binders, hard drives, magnetic tapes, and plastic items. Bank First highlights prior community impact, with 87,600 pounds of paper shredded across 18 events in 2024 and 91,975 pounds across 20 locations in 2025.

Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse offers a supportive gathering for children and teens who have experienced the death of a loved one. Designed for ages 6 to 18, this one hour session is open to those navigating any type of loss and is completely free. Most meetings take the form of hands-on workshops with a focus on music therapy and art therapy, giving participants space to process feelings in creative ways without pressure to talk. While the group is in session, parents, grandparents, and guardians can receive a complimentary drink or dinner at Higher Grounds. The group meets above Higher Grounds Coffee Shop at Bo’s Heavenly Clubhouse and is offered every third Monday of the month. Registration is required.

A monthly bereavement support group meets at Hafemeister Funeral Home and Cremation Service, facilitated by a local hospice chaplain. It offers a warm, welcoming setting for anyone grieving to share experiences, connect with others, and find comfort within an understanding community. Whether the loss is recent or from years past, attendees can participate at their own pace and receive support on the path to healing. Open to all with no fee to attend. Held on the fourth Wednesday of each month.

Set in Commons Park in downtown Lake Mills, this farmers market features local vendors with offerings that are exclusively homemade or homegrown. Expect seasonal produce and plants, handcrafted art, unique gifts, and freshly made baked treats. Legendary Lake Mills, a Chamber Main Street organization, will have staff and Farmers Market Committee Chairs on site to help with questions. The 2026 season is supported by Bank of Lake Mills, Culver’s of Lake Mills, Farmers & Merchants State Bank, Jensen Plumbing Heating & Air, and Sanft Accounting and Tax LLC.
