Guided Meditation in the Galleries
Pause for a calming break in the Main Galleries at the Madison Museum of Contemporary Art with a brief, instructor-led meditation. Guided by Kim Kies of Insight Counseling and Wellness, this session invites participants to gently notice the body, emotions, mind, and sense of spirit to encourage relaxation, reduce stress, and cultivate mindfulness. It is welcoming to all ability levels. Chairs are available, and comfortable clothing is recommended. Admission is free, and advance registration is required.
