Hosted by Juneau Glacier Valley Rotary at Rotary Park, this memorial ceremony welcomes the community to honor the dedication and sacrifice of local first responders. The program features a performance of the National Anthem, spoken tributes, and a chance to express appreciation to neighbors who step up in times of need. It offers a meaningful moment to reflect, remember, and pay respects to those who serve.

Families with children ages 0 to 6 are welcome at a free indoor play session featuring wagons, slides, balls, and plenty of room for safe, active fun. Hosted by Parks & Recreation and the Southeast Childhood Collective, this gathering takes place at the Dimond Park Field House in Juneau and is intended for little ones accompanied by a parent or guardian. Please note that older siblings are not permitted and track access is not included.

Ben Newcome brings bluegrass and road-inspired songs to Northside Table in Juneau. This performance offers live music with food and drinks in a relaxed setting. Seating is open and there is no cover charge.

At Savikko Park, Shelter #1 in Douglas, a community picnic brings people together to support those who have lost someone to suicide and those experiencing suicidality. Presented by the Juneau Suicide Prevention Coalition and partners, the gathering includes a remembrance ceremony honoring those who have died by suicide, food, and tables hosted by the organizers. Purple and teal balloons will mark the spot.
