YSBL presents Briscoe at Woodlawn Theatre Birmingham for an evening of expansive folk-rock rooted in American traditions. The Beginner Group completes close to 3 miles at about a 12 minute pace with additional breaks, blending run and walk segments and offering a supportive setting for newer runners or those easing back. A walk and hike option covers about 2.75 miles at a brisk clip, sometimes on the flatter BMRR South Trail and other times exploring the old mines and the Ike Maston area for added elevation. Group leaders and sweepers help participants choose the right fit and make sure no one gets left behind.
