This mixed media workshop centers on transforming a meaningful place, person, or memory into a visual memory map. Through guided prompts, participants use fabric, thread, collage, drawing, and simple stitching to create a layered artwork while exploring how textiles can hold stories and preserve personal histories. The price is $55 for members and $65 for not yet members.

The Wiregrass Master Gardeners Association presents a monthly Lunch & Learn where experienced gardeners share practical guidance on seasonal subjects. Attendees are welcome to bring a bag lunch and take part in a friendly, informative discussion. Over the course of the series, topics include caring for house plants, starting vegetables from seed, setting up raised beds, budgeting for garden projects, identifying plant pests, supporting pollinators, attracting backyard birds, establishing backyard orchards, planting fall bulbs for spring color, and addressing invasive plants. This edition features Emily Wismer with a focus on backyard orchards.

Art of Yoga with instructor Leah Graves is held weekly on Wednesdays inside the museum galleries. Each session costs $10, with payment taken at the door by the instructor.

Gear up for a day on the greens at the 32nd annual Tee Off For Kids golf tournament, presented by Dothan Coca-Cola Bottling Company.
