Spooky Couples Pottery Night | Halloween Date Night

The Potter's House Art Studio, 700 Glover Ave, Enterprise · verified Oct 16
    See details

Trade the usual dinner date for a hands-on Halloween pottery experience at The Potter’s House Art Studio. This friendly, beginner-focused session blends creativity and teamwork in a relaxed atmosphere, with instructors guiding couples through each step so no prior experience is needed. Partners craft a spooky love dish keepsake and can personalize it with ghosts, hearts, “My Boo,” textures, stamps, or their own design. Everyone gets time on the pottery wheel, then pairs take on playful challenges such as Pass-the-Potion, where both add to a single piece, and the Zombie Hand challenge, shaping one work together using one hand each. Before the night wraps up, couples decorate their chosen pieces with studio underglazes. Each pair may select up to four items to finish, including the love dish and favorite wheel creations. The studio team will clear glaze and kiln fire the selected work, with pickup expected in about three to four weeks, so final pieces will not be ready before Halloween. The experience includes step-by-step instruction, wheel time for both guests, clay, tools, and decorating materials. Couples share one wheel. BYOB is welcome for guests 21 and older. Comfortable clothing that can get messy is recommended, along with closed-toe shoes; short fingernails and tied-back long hair help make wheel work easier. Capacity is limited to six couples. The price is $170 per couple and registration covers two participants, with advance payment required to secure a spot. A refund and transfer policy applies, including a full refund minus a processing fee five or more days in advance, a 50 percent refund or full studio credit three to five days out, and no refunds or credits within 48 hours. Same-day cancellations may transfer once to a future class for a fee, subject to availability. Missed sessions are not refundable or transferable. If the studio cancels, a full refund or studio credit is provided.
