    The Anchored Experience: Reset

Pasadena, California · verified Aug 2
    See details

An intimate, curated afternoon in Pasadena, California invites women who have been pouring into everyone else to slow down and reset. The Anchored Experience is the inaugural gathering of the Four Anchors Collective, created to help you step out of the rush and come back to yourself. Expect intentional moments away from your phone so you can quiet the noise and reconnect with what is right in front of you. The program centers mind, body, spirit, and integration. For the mind, behavioral sciences expert Dr. Lori Ochoa leads a warm, guided empowerment conversation that offers practical strategies for everyday life. It is a space to exhale and reflect, not a lecture or a workshop. For the body, ConciergeMD and Dr. Resham Uttamchandani present a physician-led talk on longevity and peptides with time for questions, followed by a peptide shot bar where guests can try different options and notice how their body responds in real time. A guided spiritual practice features restorative yoga with Desiree Bourne, a yoga and Pilates instructor, meditation and mindfulness mentor, online trainer, and wellness coach. The session is gentle and grounding, with no pressure to perform, just breath and stillness that help you come home to your body. A structured closing ritual called The Release List helps translate insight into everyday life by naming what you will leave behind and what you will carry forward. Light, nourishing bites and beverages are provided to support the experience. This gathering is designed for women who give endlessly, who are tired of surface-level self-care, who want to feel lighter and clearer, and who are ready to be held rather than simply helped. It is not a networking event, not a lecture series, not a traditional workshop, and not a rushed afternoon that leaves you drained. Participants receive unhurried time for themselves, expert-led sessions across mind, body, and spirit, The Anchored Experience Kit to extend the work at home, refreshments throughout, connection with women who understand the weight you carry, and a private community for continued support. Space is intentionally limited to 30 women. The suggested dress code is neutral tones such as soft linens and earthy layers in cream, taupe, or sage, an invitation to arrive as someone who has already granted herself permission to slow down. The host is Tatiana Vallejo, Founder of Four Anchors Collective, with partners Dr. Lori Ochoa, Desiree Bourne, ConciergeMD, and Dr. Resham Uttamchandani, MD. All ticket sales are final with no refunds. The experience is educational and supportive and is not a substitute for medical advice. For personalized care, consult your healthcare provider. By registering, attendees acknowledge comfort with photos or videos being taken during the event and shared by Four Anchors Collective.
