For the body, ConciergeMD and Dr. Resham Uttamchandani present a physician-led talk on longevity and peptides with time for questions, followed by a peptide shot bar where guests can try different options and notice how their body responds in real time. A guided spiritual practice features restorative yoga with Desiree Bourne, a yoga and Pilates instructor, meditation and mindfulness mentor, online trainer, and wellness coach. The session is gentle and grounding, with no pressure to perform, just breath and stillness that help you come home to your body. A structured closing ritual called The Release List helps translate insight into everyday life by naming what you will leave behind and what you will carry forward. Light, nourishing bites and beverages are provided to support the experience. This gathering is designed for women who give endlessly, who are tired of surface-level self-care, who want to feel lighter and clearer, and who are ready to be held rather than simply helped. It is not a networking event, not a lecture series, not a traditional workshop, and not a rushed afternoon that leaves you drained.
