Summer lodging rates are offered for rooms with a king bed and sofa bed or with two queen beds, and adding a third or fourth guest increases the per person cost. Guests must be 18 or older, and bookings during retreat dates are made through the Glitter On Top room block. Final payments are due 60 days before the retreat. Cancellations 31 days or more in advance may receive a refund minus the deposit, and within 30 days there are no refunds or credits, though you may gift your spot to someone else. A deposit can be transferred once within 12 months, but not within 30 days of the event. Guests are responsible for arranging roommates, and pricing will adjust if room occupancy changes. Day cropping is intended for locals who head home at night, and if plans change and you decide to stay at the hotel, booking goes through Glitter On Top Retreats and separate day crop pricing does not apply.

This tournament rotates to a new host each year and also serves as a qualifying opportunity for the 2027 USBC Senior National Championships, with six games used for qualifying. Participants can choose the Open or Women division. Each bowler rolls three games on the same pair of lanes, with handicap calculated at 90 percent of 220.
