Mindful Conversations
Many group spaces can carry an unspoken expectation to perform, and this gathering names that tension and sets it down. Mindful Conversations offers a body-centered space that begins by slowing the pace, treating that as the practice itself. Participants are guided to notice what their bodies are already communicating without needing to put anything into words, then move into a facilitated exploration of breath and sound to support whatever is ready to surface. This is not a high-structure workshop, and there is no requirement to share or arrive at an insight. Silence is welcome, and you can come exactly as you are. Curiosity is the only prerequisite, not crisis or prior experience. The format is in person, and attendance is intentionally limited to keep the atmosphere intimate. If something has been sitting heavy in your chest, this space offers room to meet it with care.
