Through an Artist Grant sponsored by the City of Santa Ana, HMOC partnered with Santa Ana Unified Schools to help children design individual squares that celebrate friendship and school pride. The completed work brings together contributions from students at MLK, Diamond, Lowell, Roosevelt-Walker, and Carl Harvey elementary schools, stitched into a single quilt for everyone to see. The quilt will be on view at the museum throughout the summer during open house days, offering a warm look at creativity, collaboration, and the voices of young artists.

50's Doo Wop Sock Hop
Presented by the Royal Sovereign Court of Orange County, this 50s doo wop themed sock hop takes place at The Frat House and celebrates classic sounds and dance floor fun. Entry is a $15 donation at the door, with plenty of chances to win prizes. Attendees must be 21 or older and IDs will be checked at the door.
