Now in its third year, the Inland Empire Black Health and Fitness Business Expo is a free, family-friendly community event centered on health, wellness, and community empowerment. A panel of speakers shares expertise across fitness, nutrition, mental health, and holistic care, offering personal perspectives and practical takeaways rooted in work within the Black community. Conversations explore challenges, recognize achievements, and present solutions that support healthier lives. The business expo component includes vendors.

Spend a morning improving Veterans Park through a hands-on beautification effort. Volunteers will help collect litter, sweep pathways, tidy up picnic spots, and give the playground some extra care. All tools and materials are provided, and on-site staff will organize and guide the work. Participation can count toward volunteer hours.
