Arrows in Action headlines a night with Good Boy Daisy and Instant Crush at The Perplexiplex. This all ages concert spotlights the Nashville pop rock trio and the world around their second album, "I Think I’ve Been Here Before," produced by Dan Swank. The record pairs upbeat cuts like "Feel It Again" and "Light Like You" with darker, reflective songs such as "Cheekbones" and "Empty Canvas," exploring the tug of familiar places and feelings. The group features Victor Viramontes-Pattison on vocals and guitar, Matthew Fowler on guitar, and Jesse Frimmel on drums. Part of the OCC Summer Concert Series, this free outdoor concert brings live music to Bancroft Park and features Runners Band. If it rains, the performance will move indoors to the Thunder and Buttons upstairs stage right across the street, with updates provided by the organizers.

Swing Nights brings Lindy Jam #232 to Lakewood Elks Lodge, with DJ Mari Pomroy keeping the floor moving. This stop is part of The Tour while the Merc is closed, and the venue is located across from Casa Bonita. Beginning Lindy and Intermediate Lindy classes are offered before the social dance, taught by Emory Roehrkasse and Ceth Stifel. It is week five of a progressive Lindy Hop series, and a new series starts the following week. Pricing is $15 for the social dance. Performance High Pop Choir brings people together to sing popular music in a welcoming group setting. Participants build harmony skills and learn basic vocal technique without the commitment of private lessons. The choir performs at showcases, with additional opportunities for pop-up and flash mob appearances throughout the year. Rehearsals are social and led by coach Joe Mondragon. Sessions include vocal warmups and instruction as needed, and singers receive sheet music and recorded practice tracks to support learning between meetings. A hallmark of the program is its custom arrangements of both new hits and classic favorites, with member song ideas considered for future charts. Everyone 16 and older is welcome, all experience levels are included, and no audition is required. Channel 93.3 Punk Tacos presents The Menzingers on the Everything I Ever Saw North American Tour, joined by Hot Water Music and Weakened Friends. This event is for ages 16 and over. Formed as teenagers in 2006, the Philadelphia punk quartet of Greg Barnett, Tom May, Eric Keen, and Joe Godino has built a reputation for vivid, high-energy storytelling. Their sixth album, Hello Exile, created with producer Will Yip at Studio 4 in Conshohocken, reflects on high school mischief, strained relationships, getting older, drinking, and political unease. Songs from that record include the charged opener America (You’re Freaking Me Out), the wistful Anna, the parting anthem Strangers Forever, and the title track, which was inspired by Chekhov and considers home, distance, and belonging. I Can’t Stop Drinking leans into frank self-reflection. Hello Exile followed After the Party from 2017, which earned year-end recognition from outlets such as Clash and Noisey, with Stereogum praising the songwriting.

SofaKillers perform at the Pavilion at Hillside Gardens & Event Center as part of the Hillside Summer Concert. Country swing fills the evening in Wheat Ridge at JC Dance & Company, welcoming newcomers and seasoned dancers alike.
