Workshops & Classes

Intro to Drawing - 2 day Art Class

Build confidence in realistic drawing over two sessions at the Blue Moose Art Gallery. The first class focuses on setting up and using a grid to keep proportions on track, along with simple strategies to review your progress and correct mistakes early. The second class turns to light and shading so flat outlines gain depth and believable form. Participants can select from four reference photos, from simpler images to more detailed choices, and all supplies are provided. Suitable for ages 12 through adult, with artists ages 9 to 11 welcome when accompanied by an adult, and there is no charge for the accompanying adult.

Music

Residency Concert

A residency concert featuring wAHB, appearing as the spring resident musician, centers on collaboration, experimentation, and support for the local music community. Drawing on Caleb’s roots in Laramie on the windswept plains, the songwriting looks beneath the glossy western image of Wyoming to share vivid memories and intimate portraits of people, places, and things, offering an unvarnished and deeply felt view of the state. A suggested donation of $15 to $20 helps sustain the music.
