This monthly New Moon circle centers on community, reflection, and gentle care for the body and voice. The upcoming gathering focuses on upper body well-being with self-massage and stretching, paired with guided writing to examine the stories that are ready to change and to set intentions that broaden perspective and expression. It offers a chance to reset after the previous month and to settle into stillness among others seeking the same. Participants are invited to be seen and supported with whatever is present in their hearts and lives. Each month’s flow is shaped by the group’s collective energy and the New Moon’s astrological themes, and may include journal prompts, visual meditations, somatic embodiment practices, intention setting, group reiki, and more. Bringing a favorite tea cup, a journal, a blanket, or anything else that supports comfort is encouraged. All ages, genders, orientations, races, and experience levels are welcome. Their fourth full-length album, Quitter, produced by Johnny K at Sonic Ranch, is their second release since signing with Warner Music Nashville and features some of their most candid writing as frontman Giovannie Yanez faces addiction, loss, and change while keeping the band’s loose, high-energy spirit. Songs like Cheap Tequila and Chiquita highlight the range, from hard-hitting rhythms to disco-tinged Latin vibes, underscoring a bond with fans that cuts across genres.
