The route visits two stone breakwaters and the ice breakers, where passengers can look for common and rare waterfowl and seabirds, including gulls, cormorants, gannets, loons, scoters, and eiders. With luck, sightings may also include a Harlequin Duck or Razorbill. Harbor and Gray Seals regularly haul out on the rocks, offering a good chance to see them. Restrooms are available on board, and coolers are welcome.
