Entry is $20 and includes two Japanese packs and one English pack to keep. Contests draw on the stats from the cards you open, such as most HP, the heaviest Pokémon, and the highest attack damage, with prizes awarded to winners.

At Sweet Desires Dessert Lounge in Vero Beach, Mum’s True Tea hosts an intimate, healing-centered gathering for women, especially mothers navigating estrangement and challenging family dynamics. Loaves and Fishes Fort Pierce, a 501(c)(3) nonprofit, provides meals and other support to neighbors experiencing homelessness or food insecurity in downtown Fort Pierce and surrounding communities. This Sunday dinner offers a free meal served outdoors in the parking area of 5 Star Car Repair, with service arranged beneath the carport. During the meal, a no-cost commissary is available with clothing, outdoor living essentials, and personal hygiene items, supported by donations from REACH Community Church and the St Lucie County community. This session features instruction in Ving Tsun Kung Fu led by James Hindman, senior instructor at the Moy Yee Hop Ving Tsun Kung Fu Academy in Port Saint Lucie. He works with new and advanced students and is a direct disciple of Grandmaster Moy Yee Hop, also known as Julian Cordero, in the Moy Yat Kung Fu family. His lineage traces to Yip Man, and his teaching emphasizes the core concepts of the system to support effective self defense and long-term practice. In addition to guiding the adult curriculum, he runs an after school program with one-on-one coaching for kids and offers women-only workshops. He has taught on the Treasure Coast for more than six years, works with close to 100 students, and is developing future instructors and seasoned practitioners to strengthen the Ving Tsun community in Port Saint Lucie, Jupiter, Fort Lauderdale, Palm City, and at the Mid Florida Event Center. He is a certified Sifu in the Moy Yat Kung Fu family and a senior student in the Moy Yee Hop Kung Fu family Special Student Association in Florida.
