Earth & Arbor Day Celebration
Celebrate two days in one with a program focused on the longleaf pine ecosystem. Ranger Rachael Weaver will share insights about the special species that call these forests home and practical steps everyone can take to help protect them. She will be set up in the Garden of the Springs to talk with visitors and answer questions. The program is free, with regular park admission required. No registration is needed.

The featured artwork spotlights a playful cat with sushi on its mind, a lighthearted theme that invites plenty of smiles. No painting experience is required. The class starts promptly, and arrivals more than 10 minutes late must reschedule within 90 days. Cancellations require 24 hours’ notice. There are no refunds, but payments may be applied to a class within 90 days. The class runs for 3 hours and includes prizes. Ages 8 and up are welcome. Each participant receives a 16x12 canvas, all necessary supplies, and guidance from the instructor.
