The fourth annual ERA Jail and Bail charity event raises funds for the Richard Dixon Memorial Foundation, which provides critical home repairs that help local veterans remain safe, comfortable, and independent at home. The evening features food and drinks, a 50/50 drawing, raffle baskets and prizes, and a playful twist where participants can place friends, family, or coworkers in a mock jail for charity. Gator & the gang deliver a lively performance along the Homosassa River, featuring a funky mix of swamp sounds and Florida folk. Their set highlights upbeat rhythms and easygoing melodies with a distinctly Florida sound.

Friday features the #13 3-Man 2-Gate as an all-pick class, adjusted from a draw to streamline team formation in the three-person format. Riders are encouraged to check ratings and build teams accordingly. On Saturday, the #10 class has a minimum rider rating of 3. The #5 and #10 will run at the same time in separate pens, and riders rated 3 and 4 may enter both. Entry is $40 per ride plus a $5 cattle fee, with a 50 percent payback. Presented by Lewis and Young Entertainment, A Bad Year for Tomatoes follows Hollywood star Myra Marlowe as she slips away to a quiet town to focus on her autobiography. Curious neighbors and a relentless agent quickly upset her plans, setting off a string of comic complications that poke fun at both celebrity life and small-town quirks. Rated TEEN+.

An open play session welcomes participants of any skill level. Attendance can vary by day and location since walk-ins are fine, and bringing friends is encouraged. Paddles are available in the shed at Rohan and Clarendon, and other recreation centers offer paddles for checkout.

Sparkling fairy hair is setting up at the Brownwood Saturday Market in Brownwood Paddock Square. Choose from more than 30 colors that are heat safe, color and bleach resistant, and made to shine. Each strand is tied to a single hair with no bead and remains until that hair naturally sheds. Pricing starts at $20 for 10 strands, $30 for 15, $40 for 20, $60 for 30, and $80 for 40, with additional quantities available. Many visitors may recognize Erin and Abby, along with a few fellow fairies, from appearances at Electric Light Party, Mardi Gras, Hometown Halloween, the Strawberry Festival, and other local festivities.

Set along the Homosassa River, MacRaes of Homosassa offers waterside dining. This event takes place at The Shed at the venue.

Enjoy a free concert at Crystal River Town Square with live music on a big stage. Attendees are welcome to bring chairs, while coolers and outside alcohol are not permitted. Puttin’ on the Glitz 2026, the signature annual fundraiser from CCCC, Continuity of Care of Citrus County, brings an elegant evening to Citrus Hills Golf & Country Club with a focus on community support. The night also features a live auction, a 50/50 raffle, and gift basket drawings. Stitchers of every skill level gather for a relaxed, social crafting day focused on sewing, quilting, knitting, crocheting, and other needle arts. Attendees work on personal projects, exchange ideas, and enjoy creative camaraderie in a welcoming setting at the Rainbow Lakes Estates Creative Arts Center. Please bring your own sewing machine and supplies so you can dive into your chosen project, whether putting the finishing touches on a quilt or starting something new. A participation fee applies, with $10 for residents and $15 for non-residents.
