Free Pickleball for Parkinsons
These free weekly adaptive pickleball sessions are designed for individuals with Parkinson’s. New participants may observe before deciding to play, and space is available for watching. Advance registration is required for each session. Please bring something to drink. The sessions are presented in partnership with Halifax Health and Brooks Adaptive Sports and Recreation. If a session is full, a wait list is available. Those who register should attend or cancel in advance so another participant can take the spot. Palm Coast Tennis CenterPre-K Ballet Ages 2-4
Introduce little ones to ballet with LEVEL UP's Summer Pre-K program for ages 2 to 4. Instructors guide engaging, age-appropriate activities that build creativity, coordination, and confidence while encouraging a love of movement. Lessons are tailored for young dancers to explore ballet in a playful way.
Level Up Dance & AcroFood Distribution
Stop by for free food distribution at Simon’s House Food Pantry. In addition to groceries, the event also includes household products and supplies, plus on-site resources like health screenings, nutrition education, and prayer requests. This is held at Webster Elementary School.
Webster Elementary SchoolDance Groove + Strength Cardio
This two part workout offers 45 minutes of dance followed by 45 minutes of cardio and strength. The session moves from dance to exercises focused on cardio and strength in a clear, back to back format.
