A free, six week Voice Fit series designed for individuals with Parkinson’s offers weekly wellness sessions led by a speech language pathologist. Each meeting focuses on vocal and swallowing exercises, breathing and mindfulness, gentle seated movement, and practical strategies to support everyday communication. Participants can also expect music, light singing, and engaging group activities in a supportive setting that encourages strength, confidence, and connection. All experience levels are welcome, and partners or friends may take part. Comfortable clothing and water are recommended. This program is held at the Palm Coast Community Center.

2026 Palm Coast Songwriters Festival

This annual festival brings together award winners and hitmakers from Nashville and beyond for an intimate setting where artists perform and share the inspirations behind their lyrics and melodies. Expect songwriter rounds that feel up close and personal, a welcoming music-loving atmosphere, and the charm of an outdoor venue in Palm Coast. The schedule features both free and ticketed shows, giving plenty of opportunities to listen and connect with the creators of familiar songs. Reserved seating is offered, and getting tickets early usually means better selection since the festival has sold out in the past.

Cedar Bridge Weekly Bowling

Designed for individuals 16 and older with developmental disabilities, neurodivergence, autism, cerebral palsy, intellectual disabilities, and more, this weekly bowling gathering centers on connection and fun. Expect an inclusive atmosphere filled with encouragement, where building friendships, practicing social skills through playful recreation, and strengthening community ties take the spotlight. Everyone is invited to enjoy a friendly game with the focus on joy rather than the final score. Each participant covers their own lane costs at $4.50 per game, which includes shoes, and can choose to play one or two games. Headliner Solo Jones takes the stage at Cristy B Comedy Club “THE CLUB” for an in-person night of stand-up. A New York City headliner, he has opened for Jamie Foxx, Steve Harvey, and Tommy Davidson and appeared in the Denzel Washington film Training Day. With more than 25 years in comedy, his credits include nationwide TV shows such as Comic View, BET, Def Jam, and Funny Not Famous. Expect sharp jokes, vivid storytelling, and a few unexpected twists. Dr. Anna Lepeley

At Cristy B Comedy Club “THE CLUB,” headliner Dr. Anna Lepeley takes the stage with a blend of sharp humor and scientific know-how. A Cuban-American comedian and author with a PhD in Exercise Biochemistry and Nutrition research, she shifted from teaching college nutrition to touring nationally, delivering stand-up that mixes intelligence with a playful edge. She created, hosts, and produces the traveling showcase Comedians in Drag doing Comedy, which has appeared in more than 40 cities across the United States and Canada, and she has opened for Steve-O, Bob the Drag Queen, and Emma Willmann. Her material draws on her academic background, translating technical topics through comedy, and merchandise will be available at the end of the show. There is a two item minimum per person inside the club, satisfied by any combination of snacks or beverages, and seating is in order of arrival.

Paddles & Pints w/ Coquina Coast Brewing & Turtle Patrol

Set out from Moody Boat Ramp for a guided paddle on the Intracoastal, weaving through narrow mangroves to a quiet lagoon with a sandy spot to rest before completing an approximately 3.5 mile loop back to the launch. A guide will lead the group and another will support from the back. After the paddle, participants can make their way to Coquina Coast Brewing for locally crafted beer and time to connect. Each ticket includes one pint, and the brewery is offering specials for the paddle group. Coquina Coast Brewing will also be running a Spring Fling Turtle Patrol fundraiser, and Paddle Florida Now will donate all cash tips from the day to Flagler Turtle Patrol. This outing suits most people with proper preparation. Having at least one prior paddle is recommended, along with plenty of water, snacks if needed, sun protection such as a hat, sunscreen and sunglasses, and a change of clothes and a towel to leave in your vehicle. The distance and occasional current make it a good fit for those who enjoy longer sessions on a paddle board or kayak. Rentals are available, with paddle boards and single kayaks priced at 55 dollars per person and including the vessel, paddle, adult life jacket and safety whistle. Bringing your own vessel is 15 dollars per person, and you should bring your own life jacket. Children under 12 must have a properly fitted life jacket and wear it throughout the paddle. Space is limited to 30 participants, so reservations are encouraged.

Cars and Coffee Miami at Gold Coast Railway Museum April 25th

Set at the Gold Coast Railroad Museum, this Cars and Coffee Miami event blends automotive culture with trains while supporting the museum. The museum will offer free admission during the event and will sell train ride tickets. Food and coffee will be available on site from @kitchenthirteen33. Vehicle owners can display their cars for $22 per vehicle, with tickets available through The Foat and at the gate. Half of all proceeds benefit the museum. Spectators can park and enjoy the show at no cost in the parking lot, with spectator parking located in front of the museum gates in the Zoo Miami parking lot. Ground Up Motors 2026 Spring Car Show

This spring car show features space for roughly 175 vehicles. There is no entry fee, and all years, makes, and models are welcome. Each entry receives a raffle ticket for prize drawings, and the first 75 cars get a swag bag with a commemorative dash plaque. Expect complimentary giveaways, staff-selected award plaques, music from DJ Frank Roberts, food trucks, and vendors. Artist Sherry leads a hands-on session at Sherry’s Art Studio Palm Coast where participants create an ocean-inspired design on a two-foot glass coffee table. Learn how to work with resin, mica powder, and pastes to build wave patterns that show depth and movement. The project uses a two-layer resin pour. During the first visit, apply a base coat and practice techniques that establish texture and dimension. Return at a time that works for you to add a second coat, using Sherry’s own paint method to achieve a three dimensional wave effect. The class welcomes both beginners and experienced makers, and the finished table is intended to be a striking centerpiece. Class size is limited to allow for personalized guidance.

Baby Lock Serger Academy Series - PC

At Cut Up and Sew in Palm Coast, Carrie and Judy co-host a hands-on, five-session Baby Lock Serger Academy designed to help users confidently operate their Baby Lock serger and coverstitch machines. Owners of Baby Lock air thread models will find the curriculum especially relevant. Each session stands alone, and the fee applies to each individual class, so participants may choose the topics that fit their needs. The first three sessions focus on serger techniques. Session 1 covers overlock fundamentals, including the Baby Lock thread guide, loopers and needles, stitch settings for width, length, differential feed, and rolled hems, common stitches such as 4-thread, 3-thread, rolled, and lettuce edge, plus turning corners and finishing thread tails. Session 2 explores specialty options like wave stitches where available, two-thread stitches and flatlock, working with specialty and decorative threads, and using thread cradles with heavy threads. Through interactive activities and a supportive environment, participants explore how to start and finish conversations politely and confidently, tell the difference between acquaintances, friends, and strangers and adjust communication to fit each, recognize verbal and nonverbal signs that show when someone wants to keep talking or may need space, keep conversations balanced with turn taking and follow up questions, use brief pauses to improve understanding and reduce anxiety, and read common body language cues such as posture, eye contact, and hand movements. CERT Basic Training - Summer 2026

A 30 hour Community Emergency Response Team basic course is offered by Flagler County Emergency Management and Flagler Volunteer Services at the Flagler County Emergency Operations Center. Designed for residents who want to help after emergencies, the training builds practical skills that can be used at home, in the neighborhood, or in the workplace when professional responders may be delayed. Participants learn about disaster readiness, team organization, disaster medical care, disaster psychology, fire safety and utility control, light search and rescue, and how CERT principles relate to terrorism. The series concludes with a comprehensive review, a final exam, and a realistic disaster exercise that leads to graduation. Attendance at every session is required to earn certification, with the option to make up missed classes in future basic courses. Digital manuals, CERT backpacks, and all course materials are included. A printed manual is available for a small fee, and graduates receive a T-shirt and a CERT ID.

2026 Spring Arts Festival & Garden Show

A community celebration of art, craft, and gardening presented in partnership with The Garden Club of Palm Coast. Artists, crafters, and gardeners are welcome to participate, and event proceeds support the Flagler County Cultural Council along with The Garden Club of Palm Coast. Admission is free and open to everyone. Expect a full day of browsing creative work, seeing demonstrations, and enjoying activities throughout Central Park, with food trucks offering meals and treats for purchase. Exhibitors are asked to present polished, professional displays and to leave their spaces clean after packing up. Vendors must either hold a current Business Tax Receipt from the City of Palm Coast or be members of the Flagler County Cultural Council. Since this is an outdoor festival, tents should be properly secured for changing weather, and plans may be adjusted if conditions become severe. Event staff will handle any weather-related cancellations and communicate updates to exhibitors. Experience a relaxed poker trail ride at Princess Place Preserve. Marked 4 mile and 7 mile equestrian trails will have buckets filled with poker chips. The highest hands will be recorded, with cash prizes that include $200 for the top hand and $50 for second and third. The entry fee is $20 per rider and can be paid with cash or Square.
