Every child takes home a finished Little World, an adoption certificate for their new companion, and a one-of-a-kind creation to display or play with well after class. This session highlights Dragon Hollow, a realm where dragons watch over hidden treasures and nestle among rocky cliffs and glittering crystal caves. Children will build a miniature dragon habitat with imaginative details, then adopt a dragon friend to bring their scene to life and take home.

High-Intensity Interval Training takes place at The Hardware Store as part of the Wellness Wednesday series in downtown Brooksville. This high energy class delivers full body conditioning by pairing short, intense bursts of cardio and strength work with planned recovery, helping build stamina and boost energy. After the workout, there is time to mingle with fellow participants and enjoy a free, healthy treat from Zenbodi. Tickets are $15 plus taxes and fees. Attendees should bring a mat and be ready to move in a distinctive downtown setting. Set on the Weeki Wachee River, this intimate getaway is limited to four women and centers on slowing down and reconnecting with nature. Over three nights in a shared cabin, participants enjoy guided kayaking on clear, spring-fed water, drifting alongside manatees, unhurried time outdoors, and shared meals with easy conversation at the cabin table. Kayaks and all necessary gear are provided, and meals are included. The pace is relaxed, the small group creates space to connect and truly unwind, and the environment is welcoming and supportive. A 20 percent deposit secures a spot in the cabin.

A modular format offers a sampling of approaches such as yoga, tai chi, qigong, breathwork, energy and acupressure techniques, sensory awareness, and meditation, with brief awareness practices to open and close the session. The aim is to help build a practical toolkit for meeting difficult moments and taking an active role in personal healing. This workshop is one element of a six-tier program that also includes talks, literature review, community connection meetings, journaling groups devoted to discovering the authentic self, and Sanyama sessions that blend EFT with guided meditation.

Accepted donations include shirts, shorts, pants, skirts, dresses, workout tops and bottoms, bras and sports bras, shoes and belts, business or interview attire, purses, backpacks, and other accessories. Men's and women's items are welcome, and any adult clothing you have to give is appreciated. Please do not include children's clothing. If you have baby or children's items to donate, the organizers can connect you with local charities that will accept them. Arriving with your items at the start gives you first pick of what others bring. Any leftovers will be donated to Jericho Road Ministries.
