A free, four-week seminar provides practical self-protection skills for women. It is focused on building awareness, confidence, and preparedness for risky situations rather than functioning as a workout class. Hosted by North Georgia Hayastan Martial Arts & Family Fitness with support from local community sponsors, the training covers staying alert and preventing trouble, how would-be attackers choose targets, setting clear verbal boundaries with confidence, ways to escape and manage distance, essentials for surviving on the ground, practice with realistic scenarios, and mindset and survival strategies. Instruction is led by three black belt Jiu-Jitsu instructors, alongside other advanced coaches and experienced martial arts mentors. Every attendee receives a free seminar shirt.
