Instructor Misty Caples leads an all-levels yoga class at Greenville Street Park. Each posture includes options to dial the intensity up or down, creating a safe and individualized practice for beginners, intermediate students, and seasoned yogis. This free class invites participants to bring a mat or towel and plenty of water for a rejuvenating experience outdoors.

Homeschool families can take part in a hands-on session focused on rope making and knot tying at Roopville Baptist Church. Participants will learn to craft rope and practice a variety of knots alongside fellow homeschoolers. Registration is required by commenting on the registration post with the names and ages of the children attending. There is no cost to attend. After the activity, games will be available and families may bring a packed lunch to enjoy during a casual hangout.

Free of charge and welcoming to families, this suicide prevention awareness event focuses on practical ways to cope with anxiety, depression, and suicidal thoughts. The optional Honoree Trail provides a meaningful space to remember loved ones lost to suicide. Attendees can place a flag along the path or request a photo sign ahead of time.
