Cultivating a Clear & Peaceful Mind

This beginner-friendly class from Spirit Flow Studio focuses on cultivating a calm, clear mind as a foundation for intuition, emotional well-being, and spiritual connection. It highlights the mind’s helpful role while addressing how patterns like overthinking, rumination, looping thoughts, anxiety, and the inner critic can cloud inner peace and intuitive clarity. Participants explore why mental chatter can grow loud or overstimulated, how stress influences clarity and intuition, the relationship between focused attention and awareness, and practical ways to restore internal balance. The session includes short guided meditations, exercises to strengthen focus and awareness, techniques to quiet mental noise, gentle education on how meditation relates to the nervous system, and everyday tools to support a steadier mind. The approach emphasizes understanding and compassion rather than battling the mind, encouraging harmony between mind, body, and spirit. It is supportive for anyone who experiences mental overwhelm, persistent thinking, or difficulty settling into stillness. A recording is available in the community for on-demand practice if attending live is not possible. Individual tickets are $15 to reserve a spot, and membership in the Spirit Flow Studio Community is $10 per month with this class included, no obligation and cancel anytime. The class is offered in person and is included for members of the online community. Hosted by Spirit Flow Studio and part of the Beginner Intuition Series, a seven part journey that blends gentle teaching, guided practice, and playful group work to help participants sense their own energy, stay grounded and protected, create safe and sacred space, recognize the body’s yes and no, care for the body as a spiritual vessel, quiet the mind for clearer insight, and work with emotions as meaningful guidance.

Mountain Wellness Retreat

Set amid the mountains and surrounded by nature, this restorative retreat weaves gentle movement, nourishing food, skin care rituals, and practices that steady the mind and nervous system. The pace is unhurried... think yoga as the day begins and quiet nights by the fire beneath the stars, all created to help you slow down and reconnect with what truly matters. The experience includes three outdoor yoga sessions with a slow, grounding focus, a guided hike in the mountains, and a personalized facial led by licensed esthetician Hannah Klink with education for caring for your skin at home. One-on-one skin consultations offer tailored guidance. Reflection continues around a campfire circle for setting intentions, along with a workshop that supports a balanced, intuitive approach to nutrition through building your own macros. A moonlight meditation by the fire helps calm the nervous system. Eight chef-prepared meals are provided, complemented by coffee and tea as well as thoughtfully crafted cocktails or mocktails. Guests receive curated gifts at arrival and departure, have access to a private lake for rest or play, and can enjoy snacks available around the clock. Your home for the weekend is designed for comfort, connection, and rest. Large windows draw the outdoors inside. There are cozy corners for journaling or breathing, shared tables for meals and conversation, and plenty of open space to simply be. Rooms and common areas support both community and solitude so you can move through the retreat at your own rhythm. Guidance is offered by two hosts. Katelyn Sammons, a yoga teacher and holistic health coach, supports movement, mindset, and nervous system regulation to help you reconnect with your body in an approachable way. Hannah Klink, a licensed esthetician, brings ritual and hands-on self care to help you feel at home in your skin. Together they created Soul & Skin with a mission to make wellness feel real, accessible, and human. This is not about striving to become someone new. It is about returning to the version of you that exists beneath the noise so you can head home feeling steadier, more open, and more like yourself.
