Crystal singing bowls and other instruments create a calming soundscape while Nicole Celeste Packer guides the practice, thoughtfully weaving gentle breathwork, meditation, vibration, and principles of self compassion. Nicole is the Creator of Yoga Wellness Connection, a 500 ERYT, YACEP, MH Specialist, and an experienced sound practitioner. Pricing is $20 for YWC members, $25 for non-members, and $30 on the day of the event. YWC events are non-refundable, and transfers to another guest are available with advance notice.
