Staged on the grounds of the Frank Lloyd Wright designed Moore Dugal House, this intimate experience welcomes audiences for an evening of live theatre as daylight fades. The story follows Helena, whose resolve to win the affection of Bertram challenges rigid social boundaries. After she succeeds, she learns that love cannot be compelled. The tale weaves obsession, deception, resilience, and surprising turns while exploring enduring questions about love, power, and what it truly means for things to end well. Admission is free. Walk up seating is available, and advance reservations are encouraged. Guests may wish to bring a lawn chair or blanket, an optional picnic, and family and friends. The production is welcoming to longtime Shakespeare fans as well as first time audiences and brings this classic to life outdoors.

    Robert's Westside and WBEZ Chicago present the second annual Food Aid Block Party, an all-ages outdoor gathering centered on live music, food, cocktails and community spirit. The lineup features High & Lonesome, Strawdaddy, Pipes, GirlCade and Rock Hands Music. Admission is free, and voluntary donations will be welcomed at the entrance to help reach a $20,000 fundraising goal for Food Aid. Food Aid works to prevent hunger and recognizes access to food as a human right, using music and entertainment to support community organizations focused on food insecurity. Beneficiaries include A House In Austin, Austin Eats Initiative, Best Of Proviso Township, Beyond Hunger, the Oak Park Community Fridges and Westchester Food Pantry.
