After dark, city rules require bikes to have working lights and reflectors. Alcohol is not permitted, and anyone suspected of intoxication will be asked to leave without a refund. All participants must follow the Illinois Rules of the Road, including stopping at traffic lights and stop signs. Children younger than 16 ride in the middle of the group.
