In under half an hour, participants trade stress for stillness and loneliness for a sense of community. It welcomes newcomers as well as those returning to meditation. Guidance is provided with calm, clarity, and care so no one has to navigate the practice alone. It is especially supportive for anyone craving peace before the week starts, feeling emotionally cluttered or mentally scattered, or hoping to build a sustaining ritual rather than attend a one-off class. Many leave with a steadier calm, genuine connection with others and with themselves, and a felt sense of the sacred without needing to identify as “spiritual.” Bring a yoga mat and wear comfortable clothing. A chair will be available if you prefer not to lie on the floor. If you wish to support the experience, an optional contribution can be made during registration.
