At Washington Park, the Quincy Farmers Market brings together local crafters, bakers, farmers, and other vendors sharing what they make and grow. Stroll through the stalls, discover handmade goods and baked favorites, and support small businesses with every purchase.

Prospect Camp is a women’s basketball NAIA prospect and ID camp for incoming high school freshmen through seniors. It’s free to attend and is hosted by the Culver-Stockton College coaching staff. Ages 13 to 19 are welcome, and interested families can reach out to Coach Thomas with questions.

Preschool Time is a free, 45-minute storytime-style program with thematic books, music, and more. It’s geared toward children ages 3 and up, and reservations are required because space is limited. Registration is required and will close on August 13, 2026 at 10:00 AM.

Blessing Health System presents the 2026 Blues in the District free concert series featuring Brandon Santini. Launched in 1998, this year marks the 29th season of this long running tradition in Washington Park. Guests may bring food and drinks, lawn chairs, and friends for a relaxed experience, and tents are not permitted. Family entertainment includes the Blessing Tent with activities in collaboration with the Quincy Children’s Museum. Food options include Big Bro’s, 8te Open, and TCBY, and vendors may vary by concert. There is no State Street Theater after-concert this week.
