At Highway 20 Brewing Company’s Oktoberfest, pretzels take center stage as a self-appointed Pretzelmeister steps in for the day, swapping loaves for twists and taking over pretzel duty. Attendees can enjoy local food and beer and explore what Elizabeth has to offer. The usual pre-order bread menu and Saturday Bread Tent are on hold this week while Troy focuses on preparing plenty of pretzel dough.
