Set aside a weekend to work on the creative projects you love. Whether it is scrapbooking, painting, sewing, quilting, puzzles, diamond art, or crocheting, a wide range of hobbies is welcome. Workspaces include tables and chairs, access to electricity, and a kitchen is available. Each weekend session costs $30 and the fee is nonrefundable. Multiple weekends are scheduled and you may register for as many as you like. Attend for the entire session or come and go as needed.

Celebrate a Halloween themed weekend at Jellystone Park with a haunted attraction, the Magic Pumpkin Experience, a costume contest, and classic trick or treating. Bring on the spooky spirit with site decorating and ghostly golf cart decorating competitions that keep the fun going throughout the park. Activities take place on the weekend only.

Food Truck Friday brings tasty eats and scenic river views to Mongo all summer. Hosted by Trading Post Outfitters beside the Pigeon River, this weekly series showcases a different food truck in the on-site parking area to help kick off the weekend. New this year, the Scoop Shack will be open each Friday serving hand dipped ice cream. Expect a relaxed riverside atmosphere with plenty of flavors to explore.

Angola’s downtown turns into a festive street food hub for the Final Friday edition of Food Truck Fridays. This event features an expanded selection of food trucks, live music, and a lively atmosphere that offers a celebratory close to summer. Taking place in Angola, Indiana, it brings together great eats and a fun community vibe in the center of town.

A new downtown market created to broaden opportunities for local makers, bakers, growers, artists, and small businesses, complementing the established Farmers Market. It highlights handmade work, homegrown offerings, small-batch goods, and heart-led enterprises. Vendors line the stretch of West Gale Street between Jenny Lou's Greenery and Elizabeth Street, creating a lively corridor for community creativity and commerce.

A one day outdoor vendor market at Ridenour Acres brings makers, small businesses, and neighbors together while raising funds for the Crafts in the Country Community Scholarship Fund, which supports a graduating senior from Angola High School. This not for profit gathering directs all vendor fees and silent auction proceeds to the scholarship, offering a simple way to shop local and give back. Vendors from any category are welcome. Spaces are 10 by 10 feet and available either for those bringing their own canopy or under a tent for an additional fee. Each space is limited to one vendor. Electricity, tables, and chairs are not provided, and payment is required to reserve a spot and is nonrefundable. The event is weather permitting. Visitors can browse local goods, enjoy food and music, take part in craft activities, and explore corn maze fun while supporting the scholarship. For safety, only vendor fees and silent auction proceeds go to the fund, and sales profits are never requested, so be cautious of scams.
