The Annual Benefit Concert features performances by SAI members alongside musicians from the local community in a one-hour program, followed by refreshments and time to socialize. Tickets are $25 for general admission and $10 for students. If attending is not possible, donations are welcome. Proceeds support the FWAC scholarship fund, which provides student scholarships to FAME, the Fort Wayne Children's Choir, the Youth Symphony Orchestra, and the PFW Community Arts Academy.

The Youth Symphony Orchestra presents Gliere’s Russian Sailor’s Dance from The Red Poppy and Bock’s Symphonic Dances from Fiddler on the Roof, including Tradition, Wedding Dance No. 1 (Bottle Dance), Perchik and Hodel Dance, Chava Sequence, and To Life! Dance. The program also features Xian Xinghai’s Yellow River Piano Concerto with Yellow River Boatman’s Song, Ode to the Yellow River, Wrath of the Yellow River, and Defend the Yellow River, featuring Kenneth Xiaoling Jiang as soloist.

Clutch brings its US fall tour to Fort Wayne, IN with Slomosa and Blood Vulture. This all ages concert is general admission with standing room, and tickets start at $35. Blending blues, hard rock, funk, and heavy metal, the band is known for dynamic live shows and a strong sense of community that draws devoted supporters from city to city. Since forming in 1991, Clutch has built a worldwide following and a deep trove of underground favorites, defined by thick, fuzz-forward guitar tones, propulsive rhythms, and Neil Fallon’s gritty, unmistakable voice and evocative lyrics. Their latest release, Sunrise on Slaughter Beach, distills what fans have long celebrated while continuing the band’s steady momentum. The passionate culture surrounding the group echoes the traveling fan traditions often associated with the Grateful Dead, Rush, and the Allman Brothers.

High school seniors and their parents can bring the necessary paperwork, including student and parent tax and income information, to complete the Free Application for Federal Student Aid (FAFSA). INvestEd will be available to answer questions and guide families through the process.

A rotating series of drop-in dance classes fills The Barrel Room at The Fairfield with music and movement, led by local instructors and featuring a new style each week. Dancers may attend with a partner, with friends, or on their own, and no long-term commitment or prior experience is required. Each session begins with an instructor-led class and then shifts into open practice and relaxed social time. Styles vary throughout the series, ranging from salsa and line dancing to ballroom, swing, choreographed routines and more. Admission is $10 at the door, with music, drinks, practice and friendly company rounding out the experience.

Share in the rhythm and excitement of a drum circle, where people of all ages can participate. No musical experience is needed.

Tiny Musicians classes introduce children ages 0–3 and their parents or guardians to the joy of music through nursery rhymes, songs, rhythm and movement activities, and simple instruments. Each hour of gently structured educational play offers children opportunities to learn while families bond and connect with one another. The program is led by Esther Coplin, a flute performance graduate of Indiana Wesleyan University with experience performing and studying music in the United States and abroad. A $60 fee covers four classes.

The Self-Guided Recovery Group offers a supportive space to reflect, grow, and move through recovery at your own pace. Participants can process their thoughts, practice setting boundaries, work on goals, or simply show up for themselves. There is no pressure to participate in any particular way.

Take part in a guided meditation session facilitated by Bob Sollazzo, who brings 45 years of meditative practice. The session offers a supportive group setting for relaxation and reflection. No experience is necessary, and everyone is welcome. Bring a cushion or blanket if you would like to sit on the floor. Meditation can help calm the mind, support relaxation during stressful situations, and encourage clarity and peace.

Experience classical music in a more casual setting, with musical commentary and a selection of drinks and light fare. The program features Prokofiev’s Classical Symphony, Puckett’s Concerto for Trumpet and String Orchestra with Daniel Price on trumpet, and Beethoven’s Symphony No. 1 in C major. Gan Xiong conducts.

Take part in lance-versus-lance play at a 7.5K to 8K level, with the option to play singleton or multiplayer.

Enjoy a weekly trivia night on the Urban Golf Floor, with a mix of questions, friendly competition, laughs, and bragging rights at stake. There is no trivia experience required. Dinner is available, drinks are served throughout the night, and guests can also enjoy Urban Golf.

Cheap Trick brings the All Washed Up tour with James Hatem for an all ages concert featuring reserved floor seating and general admission standing room in the loge. Tickets start at $55. The Rock and Roll Hall of Fame inductees, formed in 1974, return to the road after completing their 21st studio album in 2025, delivering their signature mix of catchy melodies and punk-driven energy. Original members Robin Zander, Rick Nielsen, and Tom Petersson lead a catalog that includes Surrender, I Want You to Want Me, California Man, and Dream Police. This event has been rescheduled.

Fort Wayne Philharmonic musicians power an immersive 80s celebration with candlelight, uplighting, a bubble machine, and plenty of glowsticks setting the scene. Hear live renditions of favorites like Billie Jean, Take On Me, Don’t You Want Me, When Doves Cry, ABBA hits, and I Wear My Sunglasses at Night. After the concert set, DJ JK Harper takes the reins as the night shifts into a full 80s dance party and lounge. The bar pours a signature Woo Woo for the occasion, and seating options include table seats for $39 and floor seats for $25.

Community Coffee is open to everyone and offers a chance to connect with others, learn about community organizations, and discover and share local resources. Free coffee and donuts will be available.

Wonder Crew at Eckhart Public Library is a welcoming program for tweens in grades 4-6 (ages 9-12) who enjoy making projects, expressing themselves, and having fun. This session, Noodle It!, features hands-on neuroscience activities that help participants explore how the brain works. It is part of the library’s first and third Friday tween time and will be held in the Close Community Room.

This six-week art workshop offers a space to slow down, reflect, and reconnect through creative practices inspired by the changing fall season. Activities include watercolor paintings made with kitchen spices, intuitive painting focused on letting go, a watercolor leaf study, artwork created with ashes and remnants, layered mixed-media techniques, and gratitude journaling centered on growth, healing, and future intentions. The focus is on personal reflection and restoration, not creating perfect art. The workshop is suitable for all skill levels and ages 12 and up, with a small group limited to six participants. At least two participants are required for the class to run; if the minimum is not met, registrants will be notified by email and receive a full refund.

Unscripted interruptions shift with audience choices, making each performance unique. Created by Fort Wayne native Amber Reid, the production collaborates with local artists and supports human-made art and the retention of professionals in Northeast Indiana.

Spielfreaks hosts a campus and community game night where attendees can bring friends and games. Games are gladly taught to anyone who wants to learn. The evening is co-sponsored by Purdue Fort Wayne Campus and Community Wellbeing and Indiana University Fort Wayne Student Success.

A rotating lineup of standout vocalists, dancers, and musicians brings high-energy performances that reinvent everything from 70s rock and 80s Britpop to current chart favorites, movie themes, and video game tunes. Launched 15 years ago with YouTube performances by pianist and arranger Scott Bradlee, the project has grown into a viral sensation that tours the world. The Future Is Vintage Tour blends old-school charm with fresh arrangements for a spirited, feel-good night filled with big showpieces and plenty of songs to move to. All ages are welcome, seating is reserved, and tickets start at $47.50. Attendees are encouraged to dress in their finest vintage attire.
