Councilman Arthur Laughlin hosts a monthly community meeting for District 11’s west side at the Pariash Council Chambers. Residents from the western portion of the district, including Mandeville, Lacombe, and surrounding communities, can hear updates on parish matters such as road and drainage work, development and zoning, traffic and infrastructure planning, utility and service issues, and items moving to the Parish Council agenda. The meeting includes time for questions, open discussion, and resident feedback.
